Sitting With My Best friend

This photo shows texture through the grass. Lines on the path and in the background through the power line. A rule of photography used in this photo would be foreground. Another element of art used is space which draws the eye towards the subjects. All these elements come together to form unity.

Waiting

In This photo I used lines, space, texture, pattern and repetition which is shown through the intricate pattern and curves on the bench. Some principles off design used would be unity and emphasis because it pulls the viewers eyes towards the bench making the photo feel whole.

Soaring High

In this photo I used space to draw attention to the birds, and colour to help them stand out. Some elements of art used in this photo are emphasis and balance which helps draw the viewers eyes to the main subject.

Tip Toeing through the Tulips

This photo shows colour and variety through the different types of tulips. There is also the use of pattern and repetition. Another element of art used is texture which is seen through the dirt and flowers.

Winning Big

In this photo we can see the use of repetition throughout the cards. There's some texture seen on the hat. This photo also has contrast because it sort of starts out dark then as you work your way down it gets lighter and brighter.

Even my shadow shines

Some elements of art and principles of design used in this photo are texture, colour, shape, and balance because there is a dark side and a light side which make it feel balanced and equal as well as more interesting and deep.

Silly Puppy

This is a fun little photo that uses texture and space to emphasize the adorable subject. The dark background adds contrast to the picture setting a fun mood.

Summer Fun

This photo uses shape, colour, contrast and repetition. Colour is shown through the lights and ride where you can also see the repetition in the man made shapes.

Spring has sprung

This photo uses texture ad natural shapes. There's also some repetition and lines shown through the flowers and their stems. This photo feels balanced and complete, creating unity.

Hiding in the Tulips

there are many elements of art and principles of design in this photo that you can see through the variety of colours and shapes. The pattern and repetition of the background and foreground help draw the viewers eyes towards the main subject.

The Senses

In this photo you can see value through the multiple shades of gray and black. I also used contrast in the transitions from light to dark making this photo more interesting. There's also texture which you can slightly see through her hair.

Blooming in Silence

This photo uses natural shapes and colours through out the flower to add depth. You can also see some lines and texture turning this photo into a more interesting piece to look at.

On the Hill

In this photo you can see texture and lines through the grass. I also used foreground and background to draw the eyes attention to my subjects. Since they are centered it makes the photo appear as if it is of equal weight.

Jaune Papillon

There is lots of texture and colour used in this photo to highlight the yellow butterfly. This photo also uses contrast through the lighting. Another cool thing to notice is the detail and shape of the butterfly's wings making this picture appear more unique.

A New Angle

This photo uses space to highlight the main object, it also has some texture on the stem and colour at the edge of the petals. Another cool thing to notice about this picture is the flower shape within another flower.

Through the Trees

I used space and foreground to take this storytelling image. some elements of art I used would be texture and lines. Then for principles of design I used balance and proportion, which is used through the two trees on the opposite sides of the pole in the middle.
